It is the medicine of various diseases and it also increases the immunity to fight against viral diseases  or it also develops the health of a person.The most amazing thing about this medicine is that it is of free of cost for everyone and anyone can take this medicine without any suggestion of any doctor.

Every people who wants a healthy life should add meditation in his/her daily routine.Because it is the key for the healthy and long life.It improves various things of a person like if a person is doing regular meditation its learning power will increase and the thing which he learned will remain in his brain for a longer time.

 Meditation also takes action against various types of diseases it reduces the risk of cancer and acts as a immunity booster to decrease the risks of viral diseases. It makes the digestive system of a person good and hence helps in the digestion of  the food. When the food is digested properly in the stomach it gives more energy to the body so the body will be able to perform thebasic  functions of the body.It helpf in the proper removal of the waste from the body.
